Summary of Position
We are looking for a collaborative and innovative Product Manager with a positive and structured approach to problem-solving to join our team and support a large-scale, complex digital transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to grow while working across the full product lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to transformation and platform migration, where you will help transition a suite of products from multiple legacy systems into a new, fully integrated ecosystem. This includes supporting the development of a new member-facing portal, modernized provider and administrative back-end experiences, and redesigned data models, pipelines, and system integrations. You’ll play a key role in bringing clarity and continuity as we reimagine both the user experience and the underlying technology.
You bring curiosity and empathy to your work and can navigate ambiguity to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements that support both user and business needs. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, inclusive digital experiences. You are energized by building from the ground up while thoughtfully evolving existing systems. You actively seek feedback, using it to refine your thinking, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve outcomes.
