Senior Vice President, Operations & Innovation

Moritz Bolle is the Senior Vice President of Operations & Innovation at Teladoc Health Canada, delivering whole person virtual care to empower Canadians to live healthier lives. In this role, he leads end-to-end clinical and operational delivery, including member and provider experience. His portfolio spans data & analytics and enterprise technology, with accountability for platforms, quality assurance, and a major ongoing digital transformation of our member experience and operational workflows.

Moritz brings international experience in life sciences strategy and operations, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics. His background encompasses diverse roles such as Executive Director of a quality assessment not-for-profit, Chief Strategy Officer of a private family office and Co-Founder and Director of Operations of a medical device start-up. Moritz started his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

He holds an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge (UK), an MSc in Biochemistry from Freie Universität Berlin (Germany) and spent one year as a graduate research fellow at Texas A&M University (USA).
