Dr. Karolina Filipowska leads medical strategy, clinical governance, quality oversight, and provider standards across a national portfolio of virtual and hybrid healthcare services. Her work spans employer health programs, health-system partnerships, virtual emergency care, primary care, mental health, and specialty service lines.

With more than 15 years of clinical experience and over 7 years in senior medical leadership, Dr. Filipowska brings deep expertise in regulated healthcare delivery, patient safety, quality assurance, provider performance, and scalable care-model design. She works across clinical, operational, commercial, legal, and product teams to translate complex medical and regulatory requirements into practical, high-quality healthcare services.

Dr. Filipowska is a Royal College-certified Emergency Physician and Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She has completed fellowship training in Simulation and Medical Education and is a recognized voice on virtual care, clinical innovation, health-system access, and patient-centred digital healthcare.
