
Vice President, Product & Technology
Karen leads Product and Technology at Teladoc Health Canada, where she is responsible for defining the organization’s product vision and portfolio. She oversees the development and delivery of a next-generation technology stack that supports current and future product offerings, while also ensuring the processes, structure, and resources are in place to effectively enable the business.
Karen brings extensive experience leading complex, large-scale transformation and global initiatives across the healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors. She has worked across organizations of varying size and complexity—including small and mid-sized businesses, Canadian multinational corporations, and government—guiding teams through mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures. She is passionate about driving innovation to improve the health and well-being of Canadians and to help address the growing pressures facing the healthcare system.
Karen holds several board governance and advisory roles within the Canadian public and not-for-profit sectors, including Intellectual Property Ontario, Halton Healthcare, the Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team, and the DIGITAL Global Innovation Cluster. She holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
